1.  Introduction

      To enable auditing and accounting at http level. There should be
actual money or fake money to use for accounting. 

     if i am a client viewing a website then i should be charged using fake
or actual money and audit records configurable. 

So if i have my website dhyanayoga.info up i should be able to see the 
audit logs of who viewed for long time. Only those with fake or real cash 
should be able to view it as well.

I am caught in some kind of cybercrime where many getting away with even
murder of my mother and my continuing suffering claiming internet is free
The free companies knows if i use them but they are getting the funding 
google facebook instargram are getting away with crime of not paying me
claiming i have accounts with tnem and i use their data for free. 
SOme kind of fake money accounting or auditing should be used to determine
the actual Intellectual property usage theft
